Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Any amounts paid will be fully refunded.

From 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental amount is due.

Less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental sum is due.

We advise our guests to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Changes

If possible, we would like to help you move your booking to another available period. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation by Casa de los Leones

In the event that Casa de los Leones is forced to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded. There is no right to additional compensation.
